Current turnaround time is 3-4 business days.
Items will ship via the United States Postal System, or FedEx, with delivery confirmation and tracking.
Due to state law, Georgia residents will be charged 6% sales tax at checkout.
BUYERS OUTSIDE US:
I ship First Class International through the United States Postal System. Delivery times will vary due to customs; packages typically take 1-3 weeks, but can be longer.
It is your responsibility to know your customs regulations and pay any fees that apply. I cannot be held responsible for customs fees your package may incur as they are imposed by the receiving country and are not in my control (VAT, GST and other fees are not included in the listing price). I cannot declare that a purchase is a gift or lower it's value on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.
Please order your gifts with plenty of time to be made and delivered! I make my pieces in the order they are received and don't "rush" items. No one wants a gift to arrive late, and I do everything within my power to get your jewelry made and in the mail to you as quick as possible, but beyond that I cannot guarantee transit times.
If being shipped directly to the recipient of your gift, and you do not wish for a receipt to be included, please note that on the order.
Your piece of jewelry will be packaged in a nice box, ready for gift giving.
Returns & Exchanges
I truly want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not, or the size is wrong, you may exchange or return the item for a refund, minus shipping fees. Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item and let me know what your preference is. All item(s) must be in original condition and returned before issuance of refund. I require returns be shipped with delivery confirmation (just in case we need to track it). Please insure your return if you feel it necessary.
Please include correspondence with any return/exchange. If no correspondence is included with your returned package, and I have to search for past emails, it can delay the process.
No returns are accepted after 30 days.
Custom Orders are not returnable. If you request to alter a design from what is pictured/described in anyway, it will be considered a custom order.
